Mastodon at least generates rss / atom according to https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=16755553
Not sure about Pleroma though.
You may need to view source for that, but there are ways to view source on iOS browsers that don't have it built in according to http://osxdaily.com/2012/03/30/view-source-safari-ipad-iphone/ - or someone could do it on a computer and post the information.
Dreamwidth has rss following capability - feeds can be added on the read / feeds page at https://www.dreamwidth.org/feeds/
